Notes & Combos

Since Melodious loses a few starters and orange lights for this event, I had to tinker my usual list. We're maxing out on a lot of the special names just because normal summoning soprano is a thing you have to do plus we're playing Pot of Desires, 2 concerto is also here due to that.

The main goal should be to end on Etoile + elegy + aria + another name. Decks have a lot of trouble outing this lock, and you don't lose to dark hole/ragieki instantly.

Using TamTam is very funny with this, since you don't have to worry about Droll, and we have plenty of newfound deckspace. Drawing Fusion Sub does feel kinda bad because it has to be materials on field, but since we're maxing out the extenders it's not too much of an issue and sonata is a soft once per turn. The ceiling definitely increases with this card, 1st movement + any name let's you end on Etoile + double schberta.

Cosmic and Eclipse as non-engine was amazing, cosmic dumpsters the Millenium deck on the play and draw (hit sengenjin or the trap), eclipse is fantastic because the only real handtraps are imperm and veiler, and is also a great way to turn off or prompt the exodia negate. Melodious also does struggle against backrow so I almost maxed out on it, you could play storm if you really wanted to.

Haggard did not come up at all but nothing else is available to play. I would definitely cut it to play something better, maybe Bloom Diva is an option idk.
