Prerequisites

  • A registered Konami ID linked to your master duel game
  • Must login to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB using the same Konami ID
  • If the Yu-Gi-Oh! DB website asks to login with Game Card ID just click "I don't have a game card ID" and fill some basic information to proceed

Export Guide

- Via the MDM extension (Recommended): Download on Firefox, or Chromium Browsers
For Chromium browsers (Chrome/Edge/Opera/Brave...etc) just click "Add to chrome" on the store page and it'll work on most if not all chromium browsers.
After using the extension, go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

  2. Go to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB and click My Deck => Add a Deck
  3. Once the deck page loads click Edit then do one of the following based on the platform your device is running:
    • (PC Only): Press F12 to open the DevTools window => Navigate to the Console tab in the window => Paste the export code => Hit Enter
    • OR (Other platforms/PC): In the address bar of the current tab remove the URL and type "javascript:" without the quotations then paste the export code, then if you're on mobile look for the *globe* icon and tap on it to run the code (Chrome only), for PC users just hit enter.
  4. The deck will save automatically
  5. Go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

Notes & Combos

Since main combos can easily be found online, I want to elaborate more on some deck choices.

First, why would you bother playing this deck?

  • It offers several one card starters and some two card combos.
  • tenpai is still played a lot and aria is a great counter.
  • can play through interuptions

Main deck choices I made:

  • the melodious core is mostly set, the only card debatable cutting is elegy, drawing it is quite bad. But it makes your end board extra resilient against board breakers.
  • you could make an argument for playing a second concerto, but I don't like it, because it usually is a brick.
  • Herald of orange light must be played at 3, it gives your first turn extra resilience and it can negate tenpai activations in the damage steps. Drawing multiples isn't bad, you can always discard the second copy. Even more, you can recycle it with the effect of shopina.
  • I like droll a lot, because you only need two searches (refrain and couplet). Afterwards, you can droll during your turn against maxx c, mulcharmies. This deck suffers against maxx c, so playing many outs is worth it.
  • I currently play one fuwalos as a crossout target, but you could also play more (instead of droll or elgey) or cut it.

Extra deck:

  • bloom diva is an option if your oponent activates maxx c after ostinato, especially against tenpai. I would not cut it. The other melodious cards are perfectly fine at 2, you don't need 3 of any.
  • I would not play bloom prima, you have enough options to OTK without it
  • Gravity controller can sometimes help you if bacha gets negated (and you summoned it in extra monster zone). But it only makes bad plays less worse.
  • Same goes for bagooska and typhoon, but I would consider replacing them first.
  • Haggard lizardose is mainly there for removing nibiru tokens (and maybe drawing a starter) which occupies your zones and prevent couplet from searching. That's also the reason why I would not play nibiru in this deck.
  • Goddess comes up rarely, but you are able summon quite a lot of monsters and it saved me a couple times.
  • I summon sp rarely, the fact that it can banish itself is a great bonus (because of couplet, melodious spells).
  • you could put in protector of the agents for one of the above mentioned cards.
